        We do user research based on the target users of your product including but not limited to user interviews, user surveys, competitor analysis, heuristic evaluation, user personas & scenarios, storyboards, task flows, and user journeys
      3. Website Navigation
        We build the Information architecture, sitemap to identify the main and the best navigation of the website.
      4. Design concept and layout design
        We create mood-boards, 2-3 concepts of the key web pages, and high-fidelity wireframes
      5. UI design
        We combine accessibility and usability with your content and marketing goals to build the visual design for your product, including iconography, illustrations, and photography style.
      6. Optimize & Improve
        Our work never ends as we make usability testing after finishing the product, iterate, and iterate to reach the final optimal user experience of your product.

      Based on previous projects’ experience, our designing process for a full visual identity would take on average 2 weeks. It could take more depending on the clients’ interaction and response as sometimes they ask for internal discussion, so it takes time.

      Our process involves the client’s team from the beginning. We don’t disappear for a certain time and then come back with results that may be not the ones needed. Our process is transparent and we try to explain each stage, why we do it and how the decisions will affect the end result.

      The main stages of creating the brand identity design:

      – Gathering information: We start with a deep understating of the product and the company.

      – Analyzing & auditing: We analyze the existing visual identity and also analyze the main competitors’ visual identity to come up with a hypothesis of the branding style we are going to have.

      – Visual Inspirations: It is whole about trying to find visual inspirations to build a foundation of the color palette, icons, and shapes.

      – Sketches: In this stage, we start sketching some ideas of how the logo could look like. We usually define 3 sketches and then start refining them.

      – Logo Mark: After the logo sign draft shape is approved, we explore typefaces, cases, and design lettering to find the best pair for a logo sign.

      – Coloring: We spent enough time choosing the best color combination to address the brand identity and reflect it well. Our decision will definitely be based on industry, brand message, culture, and psychological influences.

      – Fine-tune: We finalize the logo design at this stage with guidelines to be perfectly balanced. We create documentation about how to use the brand identity in many places either offline/online.
